Learn to Meditate by using A Straightforward Technique for Beginners

Inhale slowly while counting
from one to 8, and then hold your breath while
counting another set of 8. Gently exhale to
another count of 8. As you exhale, let go of
all the tension inside you. Focus on your breathing
and you’ll notice that you’ll gradually feel more and
more relaxed.
