The practice of meditation is a method for us to be still for some time and let our minds become focused until we become calm enough to handle the day-to-day pressures of life.Some may think that meditation is an entirely spiritual practice. While it is true a lot of religions, especially Eastern ones, require meditation as an important part of their practice, it is not necessarily the situation. In fact, more and more people who are not necessarily spiritual get into meditation.
